About me
I have always been curious about how a person, a team, or an organization can move forward and achieve change. This curiosity led me from organizational and leadership transformations to Gestalt therapy. I believe in the power of present-moment awareness and the idea that we don’t always need to “fix” ourselves in order to change.
Experimentation, dialogue, and authentic presence form the foundation of the space we create together. In my work, I draw not only on my professional expertise but also on my personal journey of transformation.
I encountered the Gestalt approach nearly twenty years ago, and since then, it has become a defining aspect of my work in various roles. Over the past fifteen years, I have enriched my HR leadership and organizational development consulting background with experience as a Gestalt therapist, supervisor, and trainer. I work in both domestic and international settings, engaging in Gestalt therapeutic and supervisory processes, leadership coaching, and organizational development projects. In my work, I navigate sensitively between individual, relational, leadership, organizational, and systemic perspectives.

With a degree in economics, I spent over a decade in HR leadership, organizational development, and senior management roles at multinational corporations. I have lived and worked abroad, participating in international projects across diverse cultural and organizational contexts. Since 2008, I have worked as an independent organizational development consultant, specializing in supporting organizational growth. At the core of my work is transformation, which I approach by integrating my HR, leadership, and consulting experience with the Gestalt approach.
My training includes Norwegian Gestalt therapist and supervisor education (Norsk Gestaltinstitutt AS), Gestalt-based coaching programs, internationally recognized organizational development training (International Organisation and System Development), as well as numerous influential and exciting body-awareness-focused Gestalt workshops.
Continuing my personal development and authentically passing on the “Gestalt experience” to others is important to me. I served for six years on the board of the Hungarian Gestalt Association, co-founded the Budapest Gestalt Institute, and am currently a faculty member in the Hungarian Gestalt Therapy Training program.
I currently live in Brussels with my family and offer individual sessions in Hungarian and English, both in person and online.

Talking with Judit simply feels good. She gives strength, understands, accepts, offers ideas, and inspires. Perhaps the feelings of relief and renewal are what come to mind first when I think of these conversations. It's comforting to feel accepted, to know there's no judgment – and she does all this with incredible energy, genuine care, kindness, and a natural ease. On top of that, she is very knowledgeable and experienced.

Over the past few years, we’ve worked together on several projects, both large and small, including those related to compensation and organizational development. Judit’s inclusive approach and her ability to truly meet others at eye level made collaborating with her feel effortless. What I especially appreciate about Judit is her capacity to step into someone else’s shoes and view situations from different perspectives. The solutions always emerge through co-creation, which makes the outcomes more acceptable and meaningful for everyone involved.

As a company leader, you often find yourself alone with your dilemmas, and the uncertainty and anxiety that come with them. In these moments, having an external perspective—a pair of ears, eyes, and a sharp mind—can be lifesaving. Someone who helps untangle and structure the issues, shine a light on sub-problems, and point out what you may not have thought of, yet turns out to be essential. Ideally, this becomes an intimate process, one that brings more to the surface than solitary reflection ever could. For me, all of this worked effectively and meaningfully with Judit.

I’ve always aimed to be supportive, good company, and a steady presence—giving from the heart, without expecting anything in return. Then came a moment when I was the one in need of help, yet no one around me could truly offer what I needed. I wanted to gain insight into my hidden “automatic patterns,” so I could finally let go of everything that no longer served me. With Judit’s help, I was able to access those blind spots. I’m truly grateful that I was introduced to her back then!

Judit’s open-mindedness, supportive attitude, and well-crafted questions helped me find real solutions and see situations—and people—from a new perspective. What I truly appreciated in working with her was how she consistently encouraged me to make my own decisions, which gave me a huge boost in self-confidence. Her sense of humor helped me get through even the difficult moments. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who values a caring, observant, yet challenging presence—and who appreciates a mindset that’s never one-dimensional. I owe some truly transformative moments to her.
